About The Class
This class is aimed at keeping all exercises low impact so there will be no jumping or running but will still burn calories and tone the body.
The low impact workout will be less hard on the body, especially our joints and is a great way to get the heart pumping whilst reducing the overall risk of any injury through exercise.
