Staff Focus – Jon Bass, Fitness Practitioner
Jon gained his PT qualification in 2010 and has always been interested in strength and conditioning due to playing sport at a high level in his youth.
Since gaining his qualification he has worked for the last 11 years in the largest gym in Europe using a multi-disciplined approach of cardio, stretching, free weights and nutrition advice meaning he can work with clients on a combination of core stability, posture, sports conditioning, relieving chronic pain and rehabilitation from injury.
Critically Jon builds an open and trusting relationship with his clients which allows for a tailormade workout to meet their personal goals.
Jon is very approachable and has experienced plenty of ups and downs in his own life, including recovering from personal injury and regaining physical and mental fitness. He will work with you to understand your challenges, motivations and limitations with empathy but focus to reach your personal goals.
