Spiral Stabilisation

Spiral Stabilisation

Could You Manage 5 Minutes A Day To Relieve Your Pain?

We have introduced a unique pain relief system called the Spiral Stability Programme.

What is the Spiral Stability Programme?

A Prague based doctor who specialises in the treatment of scoliosis or ‘twisted spines’ has developed the Spiral Stability Programme. It is producing incredible and sustainable results with both children and adults who would otherwise be facing a life of pain and disability. He has developed his techniques to treat both acute and chronic back pain with equally amazing results.

The Programme involves regular exercises whilst maintaining the spine in a decompressed position. It takes 5 minutes daily, but can be progressed to a hard physical workout if that is what the patient requires.

It has proven to be beneficial to all age groups and levels of activity; the doctor works with everyone, from osteoporotic pensioners to elite runners and footballers.

We offer courses for those who suffer from spinal pain and those who don’t want to suffer from it!

Bruna Tamai
Pilates Teacher & Sports Masseur

My passion and curiosity for body movement has been with me for as long as I remember, from practicing sports to more holistic ways of working both with Pilates and Yoga. I trained with Pilates Foundation UK and attend regular seminars and courses to further improve my knowledge and understanding of the body biomechanics and injuries. Gaining my Sport & Remedial Massage diploma from the London School of Sport and Remedial Massage, has provided me with a further and deeper understanding of body anatomy and movement.

I strongly believe in a balanced body, where strength, good, healthy body movement and flexibility will help us do the things we enjoy in life, whether it’s running, walking, cycling or simply moving more freely, and ultimately feel better in ourselves.

In my teaching I aim to help people understand better how they move, and how movement and posture affect our body positively or not.
